Using Shopify Email for email marketing
▼How to send email newsletters from Shopify
*This manual is written on the assumption that you have already sent out an e-mail newsletter at least once. If you are considering sending out an e-mail newsletter for the first time, please contact us.
① Left menu [Marketing] > Top right of the screen [Create a campaign]
> Shopify Email.
②Select a template and create the text.
Select the format closest to the one you want to send from "Recent Emails" and edit the subject and body of the email.
3) Set the delivery destination. Select the appropriate segment (customer group) from the "Recipient:" field on the email editing screen.
④ Send a test email (optional)
Click the "Send test" button in the upper right corner of the screen to send a test email to any address.
⑤Schedule the delivery date and time. Click ``Confirm'' in the upper right corner of the screen to display a preview screen. If there are no problems, click ``Schedule delivery'' to register the delivery date and time.
▼ Distribution report
Click on [Marketing] or the subject of the sent email that appears on the Shopify Mail screen opened in step 1 to check the email open rate and sales via the email newsletter.
You can also view delivery reports from the [Apps] > [Email] management screen.
