About "Easy FAQ Page, Customer FAQs"

A Shopify app that allows you to create a simple and easy FAQ. Several templates are provided, so you can easily implement without code editing.

You can create an unlimited number of categories, so even if you want to post a large number of questions, you can sort them by category.

Create FAQ

1) Create categories

First, create categories for "products," "orders," "delivery," etc., as it will be easier for users to find the information they need by dividing them into categories.

Create it by clicking "Add Category " on the "Categories" tab.

Enter the category name in "Category Name", check "Enable Category" and click "Save".

Create all necessary categories in the same way.

2) Create FAQ

Next, create the content of the FAQ that will be posted.

Click FAQs > Add FAQ from the tabs.

Enter the question content and answer in "Question", check "Show FAQ on page", select the target category in "Category", and click "Save".

3) Design editing and setting

Finally, edit the design and settings of the FAQ page. Click "Design & Settings" from the tab.

"FAQS PAGE URL" sets the URL of the FAQ page. The default is "a/faq", so you don't need to change it unless you have a particular preference.

・"Display Settings"

You can display or hide each question item, change the display order, or set the display order.

Check items are as follows.

☑︎Hide FAQs from uncategorized category

☑︎Sort categories alphabetically

☑︎Sort FAQs alphabetically

☑︎Don't categorize FAQs (This would show all FAQs flat )

* Here, only category alphabetical order is set.

"Global settings"

Edit the header, footer, title, etc. of the FAQ page.

Check items are as follows.

☑︎Show intro text ( explanation can be added under the title )

☑︎Show page title ( Display and set the title of the FAQ page )

☑︎Page is under construction ( You can display messages such as during maintenance )

Edit the header, footer, title, etc. of the FAQ page.

・「Template Selection」

Choose a FAQ template.

*You can choose from 2 patterns in the free plan and up to 4 turns in the paid plan (professional).

Choose Template : Select a template from the dropdown menu.

"View demos for each template": You can check each template on the demo screen with the accordion menu.

You can edit the design of the FAQ.

You can check the preview on the left side of the screen by selecting the edit item from the menu bar at the top right of the screen.

Also, you can adjust the width with "FAQ accordian width" and set the margin from the header with "FAQ Page top padding".

Edit your design.

After completing the various settings, click "Save" at the end.

Add your FAQ page to Shopify

Now that you have created your FAQ, you need to add it to your Shopify menu. Learn how to create an FAQ page on Shopify.

First, click "View FAQs page" at the top right of the application management screen to open the preview screen.

From the management screen, select "Online Store > Click Menu > Main Menu .
