If you want to keep the amount the same or reduce it, you can change it from the management screen.
*If the change results in an additional charge, please contact us as the process may differ depending on the payment method.
Also, even if you follow the steps below, the changes will not be reflected in other OMS (order management systems) such as Next Engine, so you will need to change the products to be shipped at the linked site as well.
▼Procedure for changing the same amount
1) In Shopify, click "Edit" on your order page.

2) If you need to make changes, use the "Add Item" search box to add the updated product.

3) If you don't need any products, click "Delete item" to delete them.

4) Check the amount collected (make sure it is zero if it is an equal amount exchange).
If you check the [Notify customer] checkbox, an email will be sent to the customer informing them that their order has been updated.
If you are communicating with the customer separately, notification is not necessary (uncheck the box).
Click Update order to finish.

▼Exchange procedure in case of reduction
*Shopify cannot refund payments made via convenience store payments or bank transfers, so you will need to ask your customer for their account details and make the transfer.
This alone will not result in a refund, so you will need to follow the steps below to receive a refund.
1) Click the "Refund" button.

2) The amount to be refunded will be displayed at the top of the screen.
Enter this amount into the refund amount field and click [Refund ¥xxx] to complete the process.
